Expando have developed a Guide to assist you step by step to guide an process toward health an growth in your congregation.  This does not supply you with a model.  Neither is it a program.  We propose a practical process toward health and growth that any congregation can follow, regardless of your approach to ministry.

EXPANDO IS HERE TO ASSIST YOUR CONGREGATION!

Expando is available with advice and guidance through the whole process. Expando also helps with the following:

• Expando contacts NCD and provides questionnaires and cover letters.
• Additional reading material can also be provided in English and Afrikaans.
• Expando helps with the process of submitting questionnaires at NCD.
• Expando holds you accountable for your progress every three months.
• Expando can put you in contact with other churches/ministers who are familiar with the process so that you can learn from them.
